Frequently Asked Questions

If you are planning a property, hospitality or commercial photography shoot, these answers cover the most common things clients ask before booking.

What types of property photography do you offer?

MW Photography provides interior and exterior property photography for homes, holiday lets, Airbnb listings, hospitality spaces and commercial interiors. Photography can also be combined with drone imagery, video, 360 tours and floor plans.

Do you photograph Airbnb and holiday-let properties?

Yes. We create photography for Airbnb, holiday lets and short-term rental listings, focusing on bright, accurate and well-composed images that show the layout, guest spaces, amenities and key features of the property.

Which areas do you cover?

MW Photography is based on the South Coast and works across Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Dorset, Hampshire and London. Wider travel may be available for larger property, hospitality or commercial photography projects.

How much does property photography cost?

Guide pricing starts from £179 for photography. Final quotes depend on property size, location, access, scope, required services and turnaround time. Photography can also be packaged with drone imagery, video, 360 tours or floor plans.

How quickly are edited images delivered?

Standard photography delivery is usually within 48 hours. Priority delivery, next working day delivery and same-day delivery may be available depending on availability, project size and the required output.

Do you offer drone photography?

Yes. Drone photography is available as a standalone service or as part of a photography package. Drone work is always subject to weather, permissions, airspace restrictions and safe operating conditions.

Can I book photography, drone, video, 360 tours and floor plans together?

Yes. Services can be combined into a tailored package, which is often better value than booking each service separately. If you are unsure what you need, send over the property details and intended use, and we can recommend the most suitable option.

How should I prepare a property before the shoot?

The property should be clean, tidy and ready to photograph before the agreed arrival time. Clear clutter, make beds, open blinds or curtains, switch on appropriate lighting and make sure key rooms, exterior areas and access points are available.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Interior photography can often continue in poor weather, although natural light may affect the final look. Drone photography and some exterior work may need to be delayed or rescheduled if weather conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

Do you provide floor plans?

Yes. Floor plans can be booked as a standalone service or combined with photography. Floor plans are supplied for marketing purposes and should not be relied on as legal or survey documents.

Do you offer video for properties?

Yes. Property video can be booked for homes, holiday lets, hospitality spaces and commercial interiors. Video options range from short highlight reels to more complete walkthrough-style edits.

How do I book a shoot?

Use the enquiry form or email MW Photography with the property type, location, required services, preferred timeframe and any key project details. A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, with the remaining balance due before final delivery.
