Before You Book
Existing photos
If you supply suitable images, this can usually be handled remotely without a site visit or shoot cancellation policy.
New photography
If you need MW Photography to visit and shoot new images, the standard photography package price, deposit and cancellation terms apply.
Editing start
For supplied-photo projects, there is no shoot to cancel, but the editing fee may not be refundable once editing has started.
Image quality
Low-resolution, heavily compressed or poorly lit photos may limit the final result. The best results come from strong, clean property images.
AI disclosure
AI-assisted tools add movement to the images. MW Photography completes the edit, pacing, music, title treatment and final delivery.
Not filmed video
This is separate from walkthrough video. For a true filmed walkthrough, drone footage and on-site movement, use the walkthrough video service.
