Before You Book
Delivery
Standard delivery is usually 2–4 working days. Priority turnaround may be available from £15 depending on package, edit complexity and workload.
Deposit
A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance is due before final delivery.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the booking. With at least 72 hours’ notice, a deposit can usually be transferred once to a new date.
Longer edits
Videos longer than 2 minutes, additional cut-downs and platform-specific versions are available by request and quoted based on the brief.
Property prep
Please ensure the property is ready at the agreed arrival time. Significant delays on site may shorten the available shoot window.
Still image option
If a full filmed shoot is not needed, Still Image Video is available separately from £65 using existing photos.
